Workstations List

The Workstations page is the primary inventory view for managed endpoints. It shows connectivity, compliance posture, and agent state for each workstation known to Lockfy.

Filters

Use the quick filters below the title to narrow the list:

• All Workstations: Show all discovered workstations.
• Connected Workstations: Show only workstations currently connected to the server.
• Not Compliant: Show only workstations that are not compliant with the assigned applications policy.
• Old Agent: Show only workstations running an outdated Lockfy agent.

Tags

The Tags column shows the tags attached to each workstation, and the All tags filter narrows the list to a single tag. Tags are what delegated administrators are granted access over, so this column tells you which administrators can reach a given endpoint — see Tags.

To tag several workstations at once, select their rows using the checkboxes and use the tag action in the table header.

Table Quick Actions

• label Tag the selected workstations. Available to global administrators.
• publish Update all connected workstations that are running an older agent version.
• download Export the current data set to Excel.
• sync Refresh the list.

Note

This page shows the workstations you are allowed to see. A delegated administrator sees only the endpoints covered by their access grants, so the list may be shorter than the full estate.

Per-Workstation Actions

• edit Update the risk assigned to a workstation. While editing, Lockfy shows check to save and close to cancel.
• publish Update the agent on a workstation that is running an outdated version. This action can take several minutes to complete.
