Account Details
The account details page consolidates the information Lockfy has collected for a specific account. Use it to understand who uses the account, how it is classified, and how it has appeared in session history.
Account Facts
Section titled “Account Facts”This section summarizes the core properties of the account.
Used By: The user mapped as the owner of the account.Risk: The current account-level risk classification.
Statistics
Section titled “Statistics”The statistics section summarizes how the account has been used over the selected reporting period.
Session Duration: Total time spent in sessions that used this account.Active Duration: Total time the account was used in active sessions.Total Idle Duration: Total time sessions using this account were idle and unlocked.Total Lock Duration: Total time sessions using this account remained locked.Locks by Lockfy: Number of times Lockfy locked sessions associated with this account.
Sessions
Section titled “Sessions”This section lists sessions that used the account, including workstation, timing, and current or historical state. Select a session ID to open session details, or select a workstation name to move into workstation details.
The table header includes the following quick actions:
- download Export the current data set to Excel.
- sync Refresh the list.
Locks by Lockfy
Section titled “Locks by Lockfy”This section records lock actions that Lockfy performed on sessions associated with the account. Each row can link you back to the related session, workstation, account, or user record.
