Reports

This page lists the built-in reports available in Lockfy. Use it to open report views that summarize workstation compliance, local account exposure, user idle time, and workstation operating system inventory.

Each row contains the report name and a short description of the data returned by that report.

Available Reports

The page includes the following built-in reports:

Installed Applications Policies Requirement: The full list of required actions needed to bring workstations in the organization into compliance with their assigned applications policy.
Local Accounts: All currently enabled local accounts across all workstations.
Users Idle Time: All users and their total accumulated idle time.
Workstations by Operating System: The full list of workstations together with their reported operating system.
Users Statistics: All employees with their total active, idle, and locked session times over a selected date range.

Selecting a report name opens the report view.

The Report View

The report view runs the report and shows the result as a table. What appears depends on the report — each one defines its own columns.

Filters: Reports covering a period open with a date range applied, shown above the table. Adjust the dates and select Apply to re-run the report over the new range.
Sorting and filtering on individual columns are available on the reports that support them, and are turned off on reports where they would not be meaningful.
Results are paged; use the pager beneath the table to move through them.

The header includes the following quick actions:

download Export the current result to Excel. The export reflects the filters you have applied, not the unfiltered report.
sync Re-run the report.

sync Refresh the list.
