User Details

The user details page consolidates the information Lockfy has collected for a single person. Use it to review assigned risk, portal access, session activity, idle behavior, and related account ownership.

User Facts

This section summarizes the user’s core properties.

• Email: The user’s email address.
• Risk: The current user-level risk classification.

To see which tags are attached to a person, use the Tags column on the Users List.

Access

This section shows what the person is allowed to do in the portal. It is visible to administrators who may manage permissions, and it has three parts.

Account flags

• Portal user: Whether the person may sign in to the portal at all. Cleared, they remain a user Lockfy tracks but cannot log in.
• Global administrator (sees all data): Full access to everything, which overrides the capability scopes and tag grants below. Grant it sparingly — a global administrator bypasses the whole delegation model.

Capability scopes

Per-area capabilities, each offered as Manage and View — Agents, Dashboard, Email & SMTP, Licensing, Templates & localization, and the other settings areas.

Scopes decide which parts of the portal the person can open.

Tag grants

The access grants issued to this person, each one a permission over a tag, a manager’s team, or the whole organization. Grants decide which records they see once a page is open.

Grants are issued and revoked on the Access Grants page, and every change is retained in Grant History.

Note

Scopes and grants answer different questions — a scope opens a page, a grant fills it with records — so a person usually needs both. Someone with a scope but no matching grant sees an empty page rather than an error, which is the most common cause of “the portal shows me nothing”.

A person with no scopes, no grants, and neither account flag set can be tracked by Lockfy but cannot sign in.

Statistics

The statistics section summarizes how the user interacted with managed devices during the selected period.

• Session Duration: Total time spent in sessions associated with the user.
• Active Duration: Total time the user was active in those sessions.
• Total Idle Duration: Total time the user’s sessions were idle and unlocked.
• Total Lock Duration: Total time the user’s sessions remained locked.
• Locks by Lockfy: Number of times Lockfy locked sessions associated with the user.

Sessions

This section lists sessions associated with the user, including workstation, timing, and status. Select a session ID to open session details, or select a workstation name to open workstation details.

The table header includes the following quick actions:

• download Export the current data set to Excel.
• sync Refresh the list.

Locks by Lockfy

This section records lock actions that Lockfy performed on sessions associated with the user. Each row can link back to the related session, workstation, account, or user record.

The table header includes the following quick actions:

• download Export the current data set to Excel.
• sync Refresh the list.

Owned Accounts

This section shows the accounts mapped to the user, including each account’s current risk classification.
