Sessions List

Sessions List Page

The Sessions page is the main search and investigation view for session activity in Lockfy. It includes both active sessions and historical session records.

Filters

Section titled “Filters”

Use the quick filters below the title to narrow results:

  • All Sessions: Show all sessions without additional filtering.
  • Active Sessions: Show only sessions that are still active.
  • Idle & Unlocked: Show sessions that are currently idle and unlocked.

Table Quick Actions

Section titled “Table Quick Actions”
  • download Export the current data set to Excel.
  • sync Refresh the list.

Each column contains filters depending on its type. You can filter based on a single or multiple columns.

Section titled “Links Available Per Session”
  • Session ID opens the session details page.
  • Email opens the related user details page.
  • Workstation Name opens the related workstation details page.

Selecting a session ID opens the session details page, where Lockfy breaks down the session’s timeline, idle periods, lock activity, and administrative actions.
